Terms and Conditions

CANCELLATIONS -

Please note if you would like to cancel a lesson for any reason, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required, otherwise you will be liable for the lesson fee.
Your Instructor reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change lesson lengths under certain circumstances (e.g. dangerous weather conditions where your safety may be at risk). Any lesson changes due to the instructor will not affect any lesson payments that have been made in advance.
In the event that the pupil is not up to test standard, we reserve the right to not accompany you to the driving test without notice.

PAYMENTS -

Any lesson fees can be paid in cash or via our website using Pay Pal secure payment method.

RESPONSIBILITY -

We cannot be held responsible for lessons postponed due to illness, mechanical breakdown or driving tests postponed by the Driving Standards Agency.
